Privacy notice for candidates

Who we are. Tweezgroup is the data controller for the personal data you submit when you apply for a position.

What we collect. Your name, contact details, LinkedIn profile, location, your CV and any note you add, plus the record of how your application progresses.

Why. To assess your application, contact you about it, and manage our recruitment process. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in recruiting. We may use software, including AI-assisted tools, to help organise and pre-screen applications; hiring decisions are always taken by a person.

Who sees it. The people involved in hiring for the role, and the service providers that host our applicant system and task tracker. We do not sell your data.

How long. We keep your application for 12 months after you submit it, then delete it automatically, unless you are hired (your data then moves to your employee file) or you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hr@tweezgroup.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
