Head of Marketing — Multi-Brand D2C E-commerce (100% Remote)
TweezGroup is a lean, bootstrapped e-commerce group building and scaling our own D2C brands across Amazon, Shopify and TikTok Shop — ZenPur (sleep), Nubiana (skincare), and a growing portfolio of new brands including perfume. We move fast, run on AI, and we're 100% remote.
We're looking for a Head of Marketing to own brand and growth across the entire portfolio. This is not an execution seat — you'll sit above our AI agents and freelancers, deciding what they do and judging whether the output is good enough. You own the strategy; the systems and specialists do the pulling.
What you'll own
- Brand voice, identity and positioning across every brand in the portfolio
- For each new launch: the niche, the positioning, the USP, the acquisition angle
- Directing our AI agent stack and content systems
- Overseeing performance across Meta, Amazon, TikTok and Google — you own the ROAS strategy, not necessarily the levers
- Building repeatable, AI-driven marketing systems we can deploy brand to brand
Who you are
- Proven D2C / e-commerce brand marketing experience — multi-brand a strong plus
- The rare mix of both brand sense (storytelling, copywriting, creative direction) and performance discipline (ROAS, funnels, numbers). Most people have one — we need both.
- Genuinely comfortable directing AI tools and building agents/automations — this is core, not a nice-to-have
- Strong instinct for what message resonates with real people
- Strategic, but still hands-on — we're a lean team
- Fluent French and English essential; Spanish or German a bonus
- Fast. You ship, you test, you iterate — you don't disappear for a month to write a plan
